How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days within Hungary. Express shipping is available for 1-2 business days delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs range from 1,490-5,899 HUF depending on the method and package size. Free shipping is available on orders over 30,000 HUF within Hungary.

What shipping options are available?

We offer Standard Shipping (1-3 business days), Express Shipping (1-2 business days), and Pickup Point delivery with over 2000 locations nationwide.

Can I track my package?

Yes! After your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email that you can use to track your package on the carrier's website.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing the values with our chart. If you're unsure, please contact us - we're happy to help!

What materials are the products made from?

Our products are made from premium materials: breathable mesh, impact-resistant EVA foam, carbon fiber inserts, and durable polyester fabrics. All materials are CE certified.

How long is the warranty?

We provide a 2-year warranty on all products for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in original condition. Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and all accessories included.

Can I return the product if it doesn't fit?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We cover return shipping costs if the product is defective or not as ordered.

How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive an RMA number and return instructions. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.

How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective products, we cover return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded except for defective items.

How long does the refund process take?

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item. Bank card refunds take 3-5 business days, while bank transfers take 1-2 business days.

Can I exchange items?

Yes, size and color exchanges are free within 14 days for items in stock. If there's a price difference, you'll either pay the difference or receive a refund.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After processing begins (1-2 business days), modifications are not possible.

Do you offer product customization?

We offer limited customization options for certain products. Contact our customer service for specific customization requests and availability.

How do I create an account?

Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner and fill out the registration form with your email and password. You can also register during checkout.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

No, but we recommend it! As a registered user, you can track your orders, shop faster, and be the first to know about sales and new products.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, please contact our customer service.

Currently, we operate as an online-only store. However, you can pick up your orders at over 2000 pickup points nationwide for added convenience.
